The students met the exuberant Eric who bakes bread. And when he asks a question, he expects an answer! They enjoyed kneading and learning about the process of baking bread. They will be tucking into it alongside their dinner this evening!
They then met Jacques, the goat farmer and listened attentively to his explanation of the processes involved. They tried th echeese before meeting the goats and they even tried milking them. The 'kids' in the field got the most attention.
Then on to the hypermarket where the pupils had time go to the shops and use their French to purchase souvenirs of the trip.
Mr Scrivener is still the undefeated table champion as of 19:15 CET.
